So Drakels have a lifespan of several hundred years? I heard Moglins have like four hundred years. Just how many races that you've created have that kind of lifespan? : \

Several. The average lifespan on Lore is WELL beyond that of earth for ALL species

 I once before in ages past had a meet the Loremaster thread. Said thread was purged during rotuine forum maintainance and lost to the annals of time. In addiiton I have since expanded my areas quite considerably and thus opening this up seems appropriate.

I will not limit total question number but I will limit the total number in any given post to 10. If you abuse this by posting 3 posts or something with 10 questions I will just ignore anything further from you entirely.

I will do my best to answer anything I am allowed to answer.

OOH... Mystically the old thread was ressurected. Thus we have this evilly long one with too much information to break your brain!

From the perspective of the cook grilling and baking rate high

Cruisine? My favorite Cruise Food? The Cold Fruit soups ranked high....

Cuisine?

I like all sorts of food and try new things often. I am a foodie in general. At the moment Thai and Indian rank high on my preference list but there are few global cuisines I do not enjoy thoroughly.

Sushi?

On occasion. Sashimi particularly.


Chinese?

Absolutely, particularly Schezuan and Hunan

3) How big is your collections of Lore and Legends?

Substantial

On the forums I head Legends and Lore (and its subforums), Speculations and Theories and Co-Head AQ GGD at the moment. I am the Chat Administrator, which is largely a technical support position, and I am one of two founders/owners of Caelestia.net, our IRC partner. For the game, I work on storyline and plot development primarily as well as quest and saga design, and work on developing history for the multiverse of Lore. I have numerous other projects but if I told you I would have to uncreate you

By diving right in generally. I am an experiential learner.

2. What do you do to plan out your stories before beginning to write?

Given the propensity of urban squirrels he may very well go up and over the tree

8. What is your recipe for macaroni and cheese?



Hmm I know of several here is one:

Macaroni and Cheese

1 center-cut ham slice, about 12 to 16 ounces, diced
1 rib celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh red onion
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 pound smoked provolone shredded
black pepper to taste
5 to 6 cups hot, cooked macaroni
breadcrumbs

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 . Combine all ingredients in a greased baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until melted through and golden brown.


9. What is your favorite science and why does it attract you?

I do not know that I have one. My degree is in both biology and chemistry. I like science in general. I guess Biology is near the top because biology is so immediately applicable to the living world.

10. If you could impart one piece of knowledge to all of us, what would it be?

I do not search for anything on the forums in particular rather I view them fairly organically

2. While planning out the storyline, is it done during meetings or you do it alone.

A bit of this and a bit of that. It is both cooperative and individual assignments

3. Do you work on DF and MQ's story lines? If you do, will you keep them in order?

My position is related to ArtixEntertainment and not a specific game. I have been involved at least casually in storyline discussions for both DF and MQ. However my primary time now is obviously dedicated to AQ

4. Once DF is on it's right tracks and MQ offically done with Beta, will the TEAM start a new game?


Not immediately. However undoubtedly new games will be forthcoming

5. What are you not allow to answer?

Specific details about certain upcoming events for instance

Was it the intention that you should be made in-game from the beginning when Artix asked you to join the team?

Not really. Though the fact that staff persons would have NPC's was planned fairly early. It was always understood that these NPC's would have to be right for the staff person.

Do you get paid for doing what you do for AE?

Up until recently I was not. Now however I do receive a small consultants fee for my work

Are you kidding that was 5 years ago. I have no idea.

Oh all sorts. I am quite fond of music. There are very few genres in which I do not like at least something. Tommorow I am going to see the following 5 bands: Live, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Collective Soul, Seether in Hershey, PA

They both have their charms. They are different games tho. I rather think I am going to enjoy MQ tho

Well, first off, I would normally say congrats, but I fear it a little late now.

Likely so as I predate you by a few years but thanks anyway.

1. Spots or Stripes?

Depends. Largely on color and material and what else is around.

2. Curtains or Blinds?

Both have merits. I like blackout curtains and old tapestry curtains for their durability and art. I like blinds for their ease of use. Both also have problems. Curtains are heavy and difficult. Blinds tend to have slats break especially if you have cats or young persons

I cannot say about that either. I am a decriptivist and not a proscriptivist. Undoubtedly however I am more bothered by destruction of language then any particular part of it
