Should I get into it now? Is it fun? Do people unwilling to pay money have an enjoyable time? Have I missed loads of good rares and events?

Well I would say you should join, and don't worry about RARES there are always new ones in ED.

You should join, and you have not missed out all the rares.
The powerful weapons are continually being replaced, even better than the rares.
Non-variums get a huge disadvantage than the varium players though.

New updates help lvl you up, such as power hour, the new weapon ranges so you can equip higher lvl weapons.


It's fun, but gets boring after a while when you 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 a lot.
And it makes you want to spend a lot of money. $50 varium package for example to get the best weapons.

Give it a try and see how it goes, you can always quit and come back later when you want.

Only spend 10k var in your life. Use the varium wisely too. This game is expensive, i'd stick with the games you play right now. Or help out AE team with Herosmash and call them bugs so they can squash em' hehehe.

Only fun till lv 25 then it becomes Infinity% competitive

Oh and you get to pwn about everyone since you use forums and therefore get to use the knowledge of lv 32s at lv 14. Trust me that means alot

It is fun...as long as you don't play WAY too much
By the way mercenaries have a nice advantage over others at 2vs2, and variums have a HUGE advantage over others.

Yeah u should totally get into it!! Its fun if ur rich cuz every week theres always a new rare which costs around 1250 varium or 10$!!!
Isnt that great?? And each week the rares get stronger and stronger so you must always buy em too keep up! And dont worry if u missed an event cuz there are NONE!! the ones that dont quit halfway in the game are the people who can pay weekly for new and stronger weps! :D its like 90% of level 30-33 have varium.

It's a waste of time in my opinion. Creating a successful faction now is next to impossible with the amount of inactive people here. Climbing up on all time board's is just as hard. Don't forget that weapons are expensive too they range from 10-20 dollars along with enhancements, and they release one every two weeks. There are 3 restrictions in this game and they are focus, agility, and stat deflation. Our builds are all the same it's the +5 focus build which is dependent on that Gamma Bot, not only is it boring its banal. We have a horrible fame system which does nothing but make the game worse. The content released on this game is just awful, just move along and play another Artix game or don't even bother with this one.

it's all a matter of priorities, if you want to by some new video game or soemthing like that use your money there. But if you like ED use your money here, either way, just make sure your spending your money on something that will bring you the greatest amount of joy.

I have to say no. If your gonna to be a non varium you are toast you cant survive and dont be a mage you will be Uped. If you are gonna play buy 10k varium spam one stat get the best rares and keeep using your money to get 10k or else you will fail. Overalll No ED is falling badly if you do play well... Good luck! But realize this game is all about the money the devs dont give a care about you or what wisemans description of balance should be fixed by now and non variums wouldnt be at a huge disadvantage.
