Now, before you start shooting me over how this isn't a priority and whatnot, hear me out. At least for the next paragraph.

I'm sure you'll agree that introducing power was a good thing. It allows double returns on any win that you get for 2 hours each day,every day.
This is great. If you can use it. Which is something I'm sure others before me have brought up. What I would like is your view on power hour, and what you are (hopefully) going to read.

IIRC Power Hour is at 10-11 am/pm EST every day. Correct? Well, for me, It is 3-4 am/pm GMT. Now, that instantly renders one of the opportunities to utilize power hour nigh impossible. As for the afternoon occurrence, well, I'm one of those players still in full-time education, and the absolute earlier I ever get home is around 4pm. Thus, 90% of the time I'm unable to play through power hour.
Weekends you say? Extra-curricular activities and over-expectant parents. A combination of both leaves me unable to play during this time on either of these days, and so far, I have had - get this - FIVE battles during power hour. All in the last 2 days. I'm on holiday.

So, if you read that and don't feel sarcastic, I'd like to point out that we should have more power hours throughout the day. Maybe 3 or 4. It is an absolute pain leveling up, and while I'm not particularly fussed about that, I'm quite happy to go through with it, the fact I can't use Power Hour was only brought home just now after I realized exactly how...handicapped people who live in unfavorable timezones are.

 ^ To be fair they could make it 4 times every day instead, so someone as you can use it at least once a day. :)

@Light Stridr: You should be happy that it is 2 times per day. What if it was only once per day at 3-4 am in your timezone?

@AVA Thats also awesome idea.
@8rlx0 Yeah and those two times are unreasonable. Why would he be happy if he can barely play on power hour? He is just asking for a chance for people in other timezones to get it aswell thats all.

I wish I have a magical power to change it to 4 times instead of 2 times, so I can help someone as Light Stridr. :D

 Power Hour is associated for the times that people have to get lucky and be on.


There is 2 hours of power hour in the day, that opens up a world of possibilities for anyone to do.

Take for instance a western user: 10AM Eastern Time is 7AM Western Time for them. Do you think they will be up for the first power hour? Probably not.
10PM Eastern Time is 7PM Western Time for them. Do you think they will be up for the second power hour? Probably.


Take for instance a central-american user: 10AM Easter Time is 9AM Central Time for them. Do you think they will be up for the first power hour? Maybe.
10PM Easter Time is 9PM Central Time for them. Do you think they will be up for the second power hour? Maybe.



In a way, many people can be on for power hour, but im sorry you cant. It's better than nothing at all.

Dont sleep then you can use PowerHour 2 times a day.
Its not meant that it can be used 2 times a day i think.
The people that can do it 2x are just lucky and also have
to sacrifice some RL for it.

I am never on for power hour....well I go on it sometimes for only 10 minutes, I wish it could be at 7 - 8 That would be a little bit better.

 POWer hour our is additional feature that was added by the AE team or epicduel team or devs to increase the acount of daily credits you will get by a certain number of battels. People can not use power hour and thast is exactly like before and before there were no complaints about the flow of credits so therefore i do not understand why there are complaints aobut the time of battlehours. MY thoughts :)

I live in the western time zone, and just saying, power hour (7-8 for me)has really changed my life during weekends. I have a lot of trouble leveling up my non-varium bounty hunter, so then I was happy at first about power hour. At first. then i discovered it's 7-8 for me, and now i always wake up at 6:50am or so every day of the weekend. its become a habit.

to sum it up, the power hour in the morning is a little inconvenient for me.
@MegachibiHunter: i'm open to the idea of those buttons.

I like the choosable time idea.

However if this i too hard to implant how about power hour is just for the first hour you are looged in, in a day. (diffrent for every person) this way it's fair no matter where you live. For me power hour is at 1.00 AM at night, so i barely ever use it and certainly not during school days.

If you got to set your time then people wuld be changing time so that every hr of the day they get it. Maybe u culd do it so you have 1 hr of pwr hr each day and you can choose when to start.

Well, again, you can't please everybody.. There is 24 time zones in the wolrd. You can't make power hour work for the whole planet.
I think 2 is more than enough. One would be fine.

As for leveling up during power hour, good luck. It is pack with full varium 33 (like me).

And there is always battle boost if you want to level up or npc farming.

So, if the devs set it to 7-8am GMT (A point where I am usually awake by), and it was 2-3 am EST, I doubt you'd be very happy, and probably a little irritated.
That's the point I'm tying to get across here.

 I never used power hour to level up so it's not hard and power hour is 6 pm to me.

Maybe power hour shouldn't be set 12 hours apart from each other. Since GMT+8 is 12 hours ahead of server time, I can only make use of Power Hour once a day and that's 10pm, because they don't let me use in the morning to save on electric costs. Perhaps 10am and 4pm?

they should try and find some time to do the next thing
Make it 1 time a day(this one isn't needed tho)
Make it into a Daily quest, You can do the quest 1 time a day which gives an Xboost ( 1 hour ) item which
dissapears after you use it

something like AQW's Xboost thing

tahts the point of power hour, its hit or miss, they cant make it work for everyone, your lucky it even exists, although making it one random hour every 12 hours would be interesting...
