These NPC are slowing me down.

Now i dont know about everyone eles but it takes me 27 minutes to finish both shadow guards and valery and im using tactical mercenary which is pretty fast cause im using a strength build at the moment and they all hit 3's and always are using sheilds. Im also wondering how everyone eles is doing speed wise. I would suggest new npc's or a buff of the existing npcs with less hit points and high damage out put what does the community think about this?

 Shadow Guard and Valery are pretty easy and fast for me. I suggest that you use an energy primary against them.

i did as a blood mage and they always sheild every single time.

I am a tech mage and it takes me 13 minutes to finish those 3 NPCs.
123 str build. ENG primary.
malf strike strike.

Sometimes they shield, sometimes they don't.

 Try an energy primary and a physical gun, auxillary (and robot, if you have it). Then keep striking. NPCs usually put up shields in accordance to the element of the majority of your weapons.

Im a tech mage, Took me 26 min. But mostly lag is what slowed me down.

Both shadow guard and valery are weak against energy , so i suggest you can use a strength build with an energy primary weapon to make your wins quicker.

 Merc and TLM take longer then mages not blood mages.

Took me 14 minutes to kill all 3. If am not mistaken, a month or so ago they were not shielding or very rarely.... Am I paranoid or did they got buff a bit ?

I hate npcing.

 im str bh they never shield against me using a phys primary/aux and energy gun/bot they all always take 4 hits :)
valery sometimes 5 and yet they take about 22mins :/ its cz the net is slow and bcz of laggz

thats because u have too much str.
i use str BH energy claws and it always 4 turns and i use exactly 87 str. they never shield. i tried 93 str and they do use shield so i decide to go back to 87.
anyways faster NPC time with BH is 15 in 11 minutes
fastest time with the str merc (back when it was good) 15 in about 7 and a half minutes. (maybe 8)

i rely like using my strength build and im always doing around 3 turns with shadow guards and valery im not sure but they also always just save there energy and heal as much as possible.

with bh i finish 3 NPC(15 battles) in 15 mins , with merc i finish 3 NPC(15 battles) in 17-18 mins

with bh they dont open shield also massacre always finish them (use energy wep against shadow guard and valery) , with merc simply do smoke- strike- strike- maul- gun(energy)

As a mage I did these guys in under 15... however, I no longer NPC. IMHO it's boring and repetitive. I love long fights too so NPCs just aren't my thing

Here's what I found with my equips:
Energy primary
phy sidearm and aux

Shadow Guard(Mine Tower):
3x shield, 2x no shield

Valery:
3x shield, 2x no shield

Shadow Guard (Fortune City:
1x shield, 4x no shield

I'll do another 15 NPC's with an energy sidearm instead.

Edit: Took me 12.5 minutes to finish 15 NPC's. With Energy primary and sidearm.
SG Mine Tower:
3x shield, 2x no shield

Valery and SG Fortune City:
5x shield, 0x no shield

From this finding, it's better to have a eng primary and phy sidearm and phy aux. So that they don't shield that much.
