For a comparison with another weapon, the Special should really be included. This is 9 Base, 19 Random. 150 STR contributes up to 18.75 damage per 100% stat. (STR/8 to melee damage). When a Lucky Strike happens, 150 LUK contributes up to 75 damage per 100% stat. (LUK/2 when a Lucky Strike happens, which is 10% of the time). I'm going to assume that you hit. For a full comparison with anything else, you would also need to consider BtH. Base: 9*1.64*1.25 = 18.45 Random: 19*1.64*1.25 = 38.95 Stat: 18.75*2.11*1.25 = 49.45 Lucky Strike: 75*2.11*1.25 = 197.81 Without a Lucky Strike, you would do 18-107 damage (average 63) With a Lucky Strike, you would do 18-305 damage (average 162) On average, including both Lucky Strikes and hits without Lucky Strikes, you would do ~73 damage per actual hit with this armor. Your chance to miss, your chance to Special, and how many hits the armor does will affect your average damage per turn and those were all left out.
