After exterminating all bugs:
Sake: Thanks for helping me with the bug infestation! I'll let you get first pick at my wares!

Sake: These bugs are horrible for business! Anytime I DO manage to get a shipment of weapons, they destroy it!
Sake: Most of the time the deliverymen are attacked and run away!
Sake: I hope it's not too difficult for you. I've tried and failed in dealing with them myself.
