Activation cost: 7 SP or 8 SP (see below), no activation turn.
Upkeep: 7SP or 8SP per turn.

EFFECT:
Every battle, the item randomly selects one of the effects below. This effect stays the same throughout the battle.

  • All Magic Ice spells deal 106% damage. Upkeep cost of 8 SP per turn.
  • Increases BTH of Magic Ice Spells by 5. Upkeep cost of 7 SP per turn.
  • Returns 11 MP when a Magic Ice Spell is used. This does not count for Ice-Element Guest summons. Upkeep cost of 8 SP per turn.


    DESCRIPTION
    This tiny stabilized shard of Mana Ice can have one of three effects on your Ice spells! (Guardian Only!)
