I was a frenzy fan of ED once. I have 2 beasty lv32 characters: Drianx and .Seymour. and I've put alot of money into them to keep them competitive for a long time. I've fought alot, got many friends in ED that are almost all retired now, and got pretty upset for every single loss. Still I never called people 'noobs'.

Then Founders Armor was buffed. Anger struck and I stopped playing. I was behind inspite of all money I've put in. I couldn't take this and I retired for several months. Almost felt free of EpicDuel.

But now I came back with a rather noobish non-varium account. I've decided to leave behind Eggzookas and Bunny Borgs and enjoy the game as a non-varium. I don't really care about wins or losses, varium-hungry updates, or whether I am being called a noob or not; I don't even chat at all anymore. I only play the game and that's it. You won't even know it is me you beat to death. Passion, however, it is long gone.

So, Liz, if you really like the game, I think you should stay around, one way or the other. Anger does not help at all.

Yes I understand warrior. But epicduel used to be my safehaven, my escape from reality...this game should be about fun, not being called demeaning, derogatory names. And I've spent too much money to just quit...

This game was made for the teenagers, watch some old ED videos before the merge and you could see some red liquid coming out of enemies per hit.
When the AE merge happened the kids flooded in and started to take over the chat system, taking away all the good persons in ED with their cussing and swearing.

The Fail Here Is The Free To Chat System, Aqworlds(This is allowed to be said right???)Oversaw This And Made A Canned Chat For Below 13 Players Which Was A Win.

I Suggest ED Do The Same Too, Though Easy to Bypass It Provides A Somewhat Level Of Protection.

If this gets implemented i'ma go message all the guys who quitted and invite them to give ED a shot again.

I, too, am sorry to see people go. Unfortunately, these sorts of threads are against rules for a reason, and other posters have successfully highlighted this reason by using it as a chance to yell at the devs for a problem that honestly has little to do with them. Sorry, folks, but "rude players" isn't something the devs can always catch and fix. You know who CAN fix it though? YOU.

There's that word again. I do not think it means what you think it means. I suggest locating a history book before continuing to mis-use it, since it does qualify as taking shots at the staff.
