1. Reroute

Gives you massive health and mana pools.

2. Bloodlust

Passive HP gaining, what's not to like?

3. Field Medic

Like others said, it can practically reset a battle with you at full hp.

4. Hybrid Armor

A little extra DEF never hurt.

5. Static Charge

Great way to gain back energy. Not quite as epic as reroute.

6. Artillery Strike

Massive support based damage.

7. Malfunction

Massive support based resistance and skill basher.

8. Smokescreen

Less defense AND more blocks.

9. Deadly Aim

Some nice passive damage.

10. Frenzy

Frenzy is to Bloodlust what Static Charge is to Reroute.

1. Field Medic - Definately the best skill in game
2. Reroute - Amazing skill especially when used properly
3. Blood Lust
4. Hybrid armour - Who doesnt want an extra 13 defense/resistance?
5. EMP - Underrated, underused, and underabused...
6. Smoke - = Blocks
7. Static Charge - Another underrated and underused skill... I have seen few use it properly (I also havent seen many CHs...)
8. Reflex Boost
9. Malfunction - Useful debuff
10. Assimilation - Also underrated

and with a good attack its very useful (even if you hit 3)
like it could be used to heal loop but then its a hit or miss chance

In order, my opinion of the most powerful (1) to the less powerful (but still considerably powerful) skills:

1. Field Medic:

Who doesn't like a good heal? It's essentially the thing keeping you from.. well, dying. (a.k.a. losing)

2. Hybrid Armor:

Basically a second armor for defense or resistance, depending on what's your cup of tea. Just better, if you invest points in it.

3. Blood Lust:

Heal as you attack. What could be better?

4. Reroute:

It's always nice to get something (energy) back when something (health) is taken away. Provides the foundations for more Field Medics to rush by, or some dooming attack up your sleeves.

5. Static Charge:

A tad bit challenging to use, but superb when used with great stratagem. Perhaps more effective than Reroute, but it's under Reroute only because there's always the chance of having it blocked. Other than that, an excellent skill to consider.

6. Deadly Aim:

With a +33 damaging gun, it can add up to +10 more damage every other 2 rounds. One word: Epic.

7. Smokescreen:

Gives you more room for increased physical damage while increasing your chance to block your opponent. Only fouled up by Assault Bots, but other than that - an excellent skill to use in those last-minute situations.

8. Frenzy:

Gives you a bit of health while whacking your opponent's lights out of him/her. Hehe, funny. The thing is, it's also blockable. Nevertheless, effective if placed into good use.

9. Poison:

Can inflict a maximum of -11 DoT, especially useful for tanks. Guaranteed hits are always lovely, and even better for those with just a teeny bit of health in store.

10. Shadow Arts:

Can potentially increase your stun grenade's chance of stunning by +10%, resulting in a total net of 40%. That's more than a mage's stun chance, and equivalent to a mercenary's lv10 stunning skill. Also increases block rate by +10%, which is great if you're going to overhaul in dexterity. However, it's dominated by the guaranteed defense of Hybrid Armor, hence its position as tenth.


In retrospect, most of the powerful skills I noted are passive. (Which is more or less why successful builds usually invest some, if not most points in them, methinks). If I could sneak in an eleventh and twelfth, it would be EMP Grenade (11) and Atom Smasher (12), on account of their energy-stealing ability, which can really foul up most builds in the game.

Here's my list:

Field Medic
Reroute
Hybrid Armor
Blood Lust
EMP Grenade
Atom Smasher
Deadly Aim
Static Charge
Reflex Boost
Defense Matrix / Energy Shield

1) Field Medic: Easily the most powerful skill in the game with the ability to "reset" the duel with high enough support. The power to heal off 2 or 3 turns of damage is a huge advantage for any build.

2) Reroute: Reroute provides a huge energy pool without any investment in energy, freeing up many stat points and allowing heal looping builds.

3) Hybrid Armor: The extra Defense from this skill can be the equivalent of 40 or more Dexterity from some tank builds. This is a huge advantage that frees up a ton of stat points from Dexterity. It's not ranked about Reroute though because this skill does have a downside -- it means that Mercenaries have a lot less Dexterity than other classes, making them easier to block.

4) Blood Lust: This can give more than 30 extra health every fight at max level. Combined with heavy hitters like Massacre and Berzerker, this skill is amazing.

5) EMP Grenade: Unblockable and drains plenty of energy -- this skill gets bonus points for being 100% reliable, but it is costly. Used at the right time, this skill can stop any build from healing or using a skill when it's most needed.

6) Atom Smasher: Most people will point to EMP Grenade as being stronger, but Atom Smasher is an extremely cheap skill that still drains enough to completely shut out most builds, leaving a Merc with plenty of energy to wreck you with his skills.

7) Deadly Aim: With this skill, any mage build can hit like a Strength build with their gun. Pure epic damage, nothing more needs to be said about this.

8) Static Charge: With the last buff, Static Charge can outregen even Reroute giving any Strength build a nearly endless energy pool and making heal looping a walk in the park.

9) Reflex Boost: Reflex Boost improves Dexterity, increasing Defense, block rate and improving a ton of skills. This is a huge boost that's argubly better than Defense Matrix. The energy regen on top of all this is just icing on the cake.

10) Defense Matrix / Energy Shield: I'll include these together, but both provide an incredible boost to your defenses. With a little bit of support, it's easy to get +25 Resistance or Defense even at level 1, making these skills great at stopping any build.


Smoke Screen and Malfunction are very near to being on this list, but Assault bot can easily counter them, and using these two skills generally means your build relies on them to get any significant damage done.

Out of all the Ultimates, the only one I feel deserves to be mentioned is Surgical Strike because of it's utility. Every ultimate has the 20 guaranteed damage, making this a great finisher along with Massacre and Super Charge, but the ability to reduce rage by 50% and delay it 1 or 2 more turns is a huge advantage. None of the ultimates make the list however because they are still extremely costly. Any build relying on a mid- to high-level ultimate doesn't have much to fall back on if that skill isn't enough to take out your opponent.

The only passive not on this list is Shadow Arts simply because it relies so much on luck factors. It's making an unreliable part of combat slightly less unreliable, but it's never something you can count on each and every match like Hybrid Armor, Blood Lust, Reroute or Deadly Aim. For the same reason, stun skills aren't on the list.

wait hybrid is now +13? Oh God!

Anyways

1,Hybrid(the most unfairest/Op'ed/most powerful skill in this game, why should I do 13 or less more damage on you if we have the same defense/resistance? even worst, why should I do that for the whole entire game?)

2,Shadow arts(if I have more dex, then I believe that is my right to block the most, Shadow arts just takes that idea, and throws it out the window)

3,Blood lust(This skill allows flexibility in you build, is nice to know that a skill got my back while in battle. The person with the hp at 0 at the end of a turn always loses, unless the hack.))

4,EMP(unless you're a mage, or TLM, having this skill used on you, on the first on second phrase of the battle is really devastating.)

5,Reroute(it opens alot of possibilities to any build, and alot of opportunity in a battle, if you know how to use it)

6,Toxic Grenade/Venom strike( a great skill that can devastate any build, because it has a set damage done every round. It makes an opponent change their game play, btw am Immune xD)

7,Surgical strike( Best of all ultimate moves by far, especially since massacre has been nerfed, but also one of the most unappreciated skills, with th power to reduce rage by 50 percent, and heal, it can be a game changer when used correctly.)

8,Frenzy(best skill to have a Strength TLM, really high hp regeneration, with low energy requirement)

9,Deadly aim( one of the most used skills for mages and BMs, but it isnt the foundation of most builds)

10,Reflex boost.(Improves with support, cost low mana, increase chance of blocking, and give back 15 percent mana, A great skill!)

But all this skills full potential unlocks depending on the build a person is using.

Since heal is a skill available to all classes, i'm not going to consider it on my list, but if I did, it would be number1, or2

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! hybrid is +13! zomg, this is insane, why why why why why, what? hats the most hated move to every class that doesn't have it, why make it stronger?

Lol this is easy

Hybrid Armor
Save you tons of stat

Bloodlust
This skill is very powerful. But I have to mention it cause a huge Gap between builds and players

Frenzy
Weirdly cheap

Smoke
Best skill in game, both defensive and offensive

Field Medic
Great with stat abuser

EMP Grenade
This thing is amazingly cheap

Bunker Buster
Best in single damage dealing skill

Reroute
Tx god you will waste turn to use MP...

Reflex Boost
Best boost skill maybe?

Maul
Insane with it's %, do great damage and stun!

I could replace with SA, but oh well...

1. EMP- Easily the most useful skill.
2. Blood Lust- Very handy
3. Deadly aim- Allow bood use for guns without abusing str.
4. Assimilate- Very handy
5. Malf- More then just a debuff.
6. Intim- Strategic
7. SMoke- useful for more then one reason.

A'Right, changed my mind about few things.

Still holding the No. 1 is Field Medic - Nothing gives you more advantage over an opponent other then...More health! It means you can take more damage. And since it raises with the most powerfull stat in the game it is awesome. With enough Support it can get massive ammounts of HP back for low costs. ( Low cast as in low-leveled Field Medic ).

The No. 2 goes to EMP Grenade - Want to criple someone's build?! You've came to the right place! With the EMP Grenade you can criple any build even if has a good energy returner!

And on the No. 3 is Defense Matrix! - As the skill increases with Support, it can add up massive ammounts of Defense. Making it more usefull then Hybrid Armor.

The No. 4 is Malfuncion. - Yep. Malfuncion. It's 4th on my list because: A) Nerf's Smoke Screen's effect. B) Nerf's the opponents Resistance. C) Nerf's the effect of Bunker Blast & Plasma Cannon. D) Nerf's Robot Damage. E) In combination with Deadly Aim makes one heck of a party.

*Announcer voice* And the obvious Fifth spot goes to the.... Deadly Aim! - Man, this baby packs one hell of a punch! If used by Malfuncion it makes massive ammounts of damage! It is totaly worth spending points into it! Imagine having Malfuncion, Deadly Aim & BloodLust. Dayumn ;)

No. 6 is going to the infamous...Hybrid Armor! - This lil' thing gives you at higher levels +13 Defense/Resistance Points! Making you spend more stats into defense and more into Offense! It also has no Stat Requirment which is trully awesome-sauce :D

'Kay, so. It's time for Seventh skill on the list. This skill makes you block more. And it makes you feel happy. :)
The skill is called: Reflex Boost. - Yep, Reflex Boost, Not Shadow Arts. This baby can add up a lot of Dexterity for a low energy cost and the skill improves with the most powerfull stat in-game which is, y'know it, Support. :D

A'right. We're gettin' close to the end ( yay :D ).
No. 8 on this list is: BloodLust - There ain't no joy which is better then the fast kills of a BH with BloodLust. You don't just have a massive damage output you also have a good HP regain which rocks your world!

No. 9 is Massacre - In combination with BloodLust deals massive damage and regains massive HP by BloodLust. Another joy of the Strenght Bounty Huntah ( Hunter's in the heart <3 ).

And the No. 10 most powerfull skill goes to Smoke Screen. - This debuff makes you're opponent have less Defense. It also makes your opponent less block which is a win for Strenght-ers. And with your opponents with less Dexterity means that you have a higher chance to block! :D

Anyways, if you're wondering why Shadow Arts isn't in this list it is:
A) Still luck based
B) It's like 20 Dexterity Points, my shield can do more.
C) It ain't that powerfull as it used to be.
