Just for anyone who missed it, here is a complete log of todays update:

Changed skillImprovesLevel (5 to 2)
Changed skillReducesLevel (5 to 2)
Removed skilImprovesFactor (2.9 to 0)
Change skillCool (4 to 3)
Instead of 16, now starts at 22 HP and improves by 3

*Hybrid Armor changes:
Added charDex to skStatReq
Added 3 to skStatStep
Added 11 to skStatBase

*Frenzy changes:
Added charSupp to skStatReq
Added 2 to skStatStep
Added 20 to skStatBase

*Maul changes:
Added charTech to skStatReq
Added 2 to skStatStep
Added 18 to skStatBase

*Reroute changes:
Added charTech to skStatReq
Added 2 to skStatStep
Added 22 to skStatBase

They don't have same stat base, and skills. That factors affect the requirement I suppose.

The new update is GREAT! and yes I AM a tactical merc! lol the reason I like the update is that new builds can emerge now...

There are so many things wrong with this release that i don't have either the time nor the patience to point them out. i will let the Trolls do that for me this time. [:D]

i WILL, however, say this: Epicduel would be an infinitely better place right now if this release had have never taken place.

Narej I feel you as a TLM, guessing a support TLM at that, do not like this update as it brings you down to on par with the rest of the world well actually Support TLM's are weaker then some builds because there crutch, field medic also the crutch of 5 focus builds, has been stolen from you.

They shouldn't be different requirements. That only happens if a skill is on different Tiers in the skill tree for each class. They should both require 19 Dexterity at level 1 and increase by 2 Dex per level. If it's not that, please report it as a bug.

Tiny little typo...! It's increasing by 2 Dex per skill level, it should be 3 Dex. That'll be fixed up by the next release.

You're accusing me of being selfish? pitiful.
i say there are so many things wrong with this release for several reasons. none of them have any thing to do with tactical mercenary.
1. field medic is destroyed beyond recognizition. who does this help? i'll give you a clue. 2 certain classes: Bounty Hunter and Tactical mercenary. Why? because both rely heavily on strengh abuse, and use heal seldom if at all.
2. boss npcs are now nearly impossible for new players. a heal that gives you 41 health for 25 energy in beyond useless. it does nothing but waste space on a players skill tree.
3. reroute was given a energy requirement. this hurts tactical mercenaries to some extent, but not nearly as much as it hurts Tech mage. very few mages use more than 35-37 tech in their builds (at least, those who expect to win don't) so, having a level 10 reroute now requires an additional 7 stat points. this doesn't seem like many, exept for that fact that 7 stats can be the difference between winning in losing in up to 1 in every ten fights (in other words, it can be the difference between a 100% win rate and a 90%)

so, before you start throwing around partialy concealed accusations, stop and think.

1)NPC skills can be modifed as easily as our skills so changing these numbers over for them and nerfing as needed should not be an issue and some former NPC's that were jokes before will now be challenges(*cough*Hank*cough*)
2)Reroute's requirement gets us back to our Caster skills which have found a new life due to the weakened heal and the inability for people to heal all 40+ damage from a mid leveled Plasma bolt
3)Also i have fought and defeated a handful of STR builds the only ones that have stopped my average build are those that go first and stun(An STR BH has yet to beat me but TLM's have stunned me once or twice for the win)


Now keep in mind I am the lowest to second lowest rung on the ladder being a F2P Caster Tech Mage
