SMGS -> RE: Come on Legion wake up ! (7/20/2012 16:06:21)

This thread falls under war discussion, you may use this thread for that. On the notes about abusing bugs, a rigged war and the 'censorship', I'll just quote a few things below since they've been posted in the last few days/weeks which address all of those things. quote:
ORIGINAL: Lycus The other issues have included 'biased staff', yet this is quite a funny, everyone keeps swapping around depending on how the war is going. If Exile is winning 'All the Staff prefer Exile, and it isn't fair, they've made it biased towards Exile.' - Then Legion take the lead 'Titan and NightWraith prefer Legion, they've made it Biased against Legion'. The fact the war is shifting around in accordance to player/faction activity clearly shows that it is not biased, and the fact that players keep arguing who it is biased towards shows this even more, it can't be biased towards both sides. If those facts don't answer things on their own, I can promise you that the war is not biased in any way what so ever. quote:
ORIGINAL: Cinderella Before going on, I want to clear up some rumors that have been floating around. No, the Administration is not playing favorites with alignment. Both Exiles and Legion had equal chance to get the Vault Breaker II Achievement, and yes, Legion had to wait 2 extra hours to unlock level 35. There was also no help from the Administration for the Exiles- we did not orchestrate the Exiles winning one Vault. We want this war to be fun and fair and we will not do anything, nor have we done anything, to artificially alter the course of the War. This is all you, guys! quote:
ORIGINAL: The Game Just a couple of points here. Copious forumies have brought up in this thread that the forum moderation is stifling your voice and hiding any negative posts made about the game. If you look at the way this forum is moderated and if you visit any other game forum, you will realize that this is not the case. This only seems to be so because people do not follow the rules in this forum when they do so. The very existence of the Balance Discussion Thread and ED Suggestions runs counter to arguments of oppression in this regard. After all, isn't highlighting an issue with the game and proposing solutions via these channels essentially saying that the game is doing it wrong and it needs to be fixed? By some of the logic I've seen displayed here, the Balance Discussion Thread and ED Suggestions forum should be deleted on sight since it's not littered with rainbows and ponies. On that note, the very existence of this thread after it had been edited by Practel and not locked or deleted is ample evidence that the aforementioned claims, although a more apt definition for some of the posts I've seen would be attacks, are unwarranted. Bottom line is this. Although being a part of this forum is a privilege, your basic rights are protected in an endeavor to make staying on this forum a positive experience as possible. When you abuse these "rights," the forum moderation team and staff assistants are forced to step in. Bear in mind that we are not actively looking to hunt people down and send warnings to them for lulz. Rather, "you" are forcing us to act so do not complain about a tyrannical moderation team when "you" are actively taking shots at others in an endeavor to belittle them and make their stay on these forums a negative experience. If you want to discuss the content of this post, feel free to PM me. If you have an issue with the policies of this forum, I can address that as well but Lord Barrius is likely the one you want. And although the last quote doesn't directly involve war related discussion, it does point out the reasons we're moderating the forums in this level of strictness. Lashing out against others and accusing them of abusing bugs or cheating the system only causes more problems. Posts flaming the game developers about rigging the war is not allowed, and if you still think it is so, please read and reread the first 2 quotes in this post. Anymore discussion on these three topics will get your post/thread deleted, and you'll possibly have a warning waiting for you in your inbox. If you have sufficient proof that someone is indeed abusing a bug, then it goes to The Lawman by PM - do not post about it. We do not need posts reporting or accusing players of cheating or abusing the system, for reasons that I hope are obvious. Forum policy questions, concerns and suggestions can go to Lord Barrius by PM - you'd probably go further with forum policy questions using this method rather than posting about it.
