Patch Notes - 1.4.9g
NEW CHANGES/FEATURES:

  • Chairman Platinum has shown up and brought a new level 25 and 35 promo armor: Platinum's Pride
    • Grants a new skill usable once per battle: Chairman's Fury
    • Chairman's Fury uppercuts your enemy and steals 25% of their current Rage

  • Dage the Evil has also appeared in the Minetower!
    • He brought a new bike with him: Dage's Blood Rider
    • He also brought guns with a new ability: Spreadfire
    • Spreadfire deals damage to all enemies in battle, dealing 85% regular damage if it hits multiple targets

  • Hallowarrior Achievement available in achievement shops
  • 52 Halloween-themed home items have reappeared in the homes shop


BALANCE CHANGES:

  • Massive Strike ignores 65% of defense, reduced from 75%
  • Maximum charge on Infernal Android special reduced from 150% to 140% damage


BUGS FIXED:

  • Defeating an NPC that grants an achievement will only show the achievement window once

hooray 1st post but i really hope there is a non-var version of the new armor that isn't LQS

Hooray...!

These achievements should made annual: HalloWarrior 2010, Hallowarrior 2011 etc... That's what they are doing with the Superbowl achievements, so why not with other seasonal achievements.

Looks like a interesting release though. :)

I like balance changes. Lower damage for Android is always good for those who stall the fight for sake of the Bot and 10% is always something + Massive Strike was also issue for many of us due to stacking with other skills and it was dealt with pretty quickly. \o/

Although kinda sad it's all Varium.. Bike is good but Varium is meh, Boomstick are definitely fun but no Varium unfortunatelly and the Armor is.. interesting in terms of D/R bonuses.

Not really.. Fact it deals 85% total damage makes it below normal Guns. Now you have 2 enemies so 42.5% damage on each. <_< So if they have say 20-24 damage + 35 from Gun + 8 from DA, it gives us 63-67 damage. Now it deals 42.5% on each enemy so 27-29. Count in the defences and done. Not as high, or not even close to Multi.

As I expected, every Dage item released is varium especially the armor. I already knew the special attack's animation looked cool and was god enough to be varium only. Plus, why so expensive again? It costs 1695 varium and despite being the first armor to have an attack yet having the special being used only once per battle and being expensive over a special effect really seems to outweigh its own value. The guns looked good but being a promo item I respect its price increase since this is the second gun to have a special effect.

So you say they'd release a Gun that deals almost twice as much damage as normal Gun AND hits both enemies?

so you say they'd release a gun that deals 27-29 damage( if we take ur bm example)? what if i have 27-29 def/res( how many build left in the game have lower then that?), it deals only 3 damage?

Indeed. It does hit two enemies though so remember that. If it hit one and say with current penality, you'd need more Res/Def to cushion that. Twice as much actually to make it deal 3 damage.

Can you choose to attack only 1 target? Or is the attack always 85% power divided to 2 enemies? Because in that case they'd be useless. :o

I think its 85% damage on EACH enemy so 170% damage in 2v2 combines with rage( half defenses) and smoke that would be epic damage.

Not sure if you're joking king.. This is definition of OP.. <_< 170% damage is insane since it renders normal Guns useless. And in 1v1, it deals plain 100% damage? Where's logic here?

Lol This release somewhat disappointed me. The weapon as well as the armor favors strength builds (Since all three of them seem to have strength as the highest stat without enhancements)

And now once again the android got another nerf along with the war weapon. But then again now that I know it used to ignore 75% I can actually say wow no wonder it was so OP even with luck I thought it was a lot less then that.

So many new items in such a short time... I won't be spending any varium this time tho. The guns will make str builds viable even for juggernaut... >.> str/dex bh or ch anyone? :P

True that Mother1, just glad that it gives some Support. Gotten crazy with Support these days, I'll do a Support build! xD

The bike is a huge dissapointment, like everything made from Dage. Straight up poser if you ask me.

The nerf is cool.

Wait, if the guns would do 50 DMG(counting all those blah blah blahs).

85% of 50

.85*50

=42.5 dmg(rounded up to 43)

43 dmg w/o def/res.

On 2 people.

+multi.

!!!!!!!!!

I am never 2v2'ing again.
