He'll just graze Svarog. He'll cut right through Vyzwen however. However its nice to know someone else is making themes for the areas of the world

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/22/2012 7:53:20)

Another one I forgot,

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 5:17:10)

Hey Kaho, I might make another character

Glais -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 5:21:27)

Well we do need a support cast, so that's not a bad idea I think.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 5:22:29)

Would it be alright if it was undead? :D

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 5:26:12)

Sure thing. There aren't particular rules about supporting characters.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 5:29:05)

Excellent, would you mind to also make a drawing for it?

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 6:25:06)

Well, a description would be nice.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/24/2012 14:43:20)

I has the picture I've got the inspiration from

VanHellsin24 -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/25/2012 0:13:55)

Descriptions for cities coming up tomorrow include:

Japan
Africa
Australia
Antarctica
New Zealand

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/25/2012 0:33:37)

Nice.

Would be interesting to see how you handle them.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/25/2012 5:03:45)

Wow, that's a long list, by the way, do we have problems with making up fictional settlements?

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/25/2012 5:08:41)

Well nothing so far, since we can easily borrow from real world variants and twist the facts to suite our story better.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/25/2012 5:13:10)

Hmmm ok, it's that I need a coastal place, possibly with caves

VanHellsin24 -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/26/2012 14:46:05)

Here's Japan and some more!

The Hyakki Yagyō Shogunate
The mysterious isles off the coast of Xiangzhi was just opened up to the rest of the world following the Great Isolation hundreds of years prior. Vast valleys and massive mountains dot the main island and calm streams and rivers run through the smaller two islands. The current ruler is none other than the infamous Emperor Nurarihyon, who rules with an iron fist. He is also the leader of the naval army he dubs Ryujin's Glory, named after the sea dragon god Ryujin. The navy has yet to meet a proper challenge, destroying all fleets that the outer empires send forth. The citizens live in a generally quiet setting, unless you live near the bamboo forests, where the yokai run amok and cause mischief.

Qamatania
One of the largest continents on the planet, Qamatania is the home of thousands of small tribes and home of the mighty Tehrt Dynasty. Not much is known, but that it might house the legendary city of gold, El Dorado.

The Brahmanian Sultanate
Renowned for their mastery at the creation of firearms and the invention of gunpowder, the Brahmanian Sultanate is a powerful force to be reckoned with. They have in their possession a deadly warrior clan called the Rajput Nation. They, with their expert combat skills and alien-like weaponry, have kept Brahmania safe from invasion in over a thousand years.

Permafrost
This gigantic landmass just under the world is barren, save for a few birds and the penguins that waddle around. Rumor has it that a great god is slumbering right off its shores, ready to awake and shroud the world in madness and chaos. A handful of scientists have made a base here, for ecological and environmental purposes.

Megalania Prisca
One of the Seven Great Continents lying on the Great Ocean Pacifica. It's mainly used as a far-off detentional and maximum prison for the craziest and deadliest of criminals of Britannica. The natives had once warned the invasive Britannians of the legendary Mountain Dragon, Devourer of Men,, who will one day come down from the Great Rock and devour all that don't worship it. Britannia doesnt believe the claims. However, when they send whole parties of explorers to the Great Rock they never return alive. Their bones, with hanging flesh, hastily collect at the base of the mountain. Coincidence?

The Great and Magnificent Britannian Empire of His Lordship/Ladyship
By far the strongest empire in the old world, Britannia is home of the Old World's largest army, His Lordship's/Ladyship's Royal Command Guard. Situated on a small island off Gaule, Britannia is the leading country in international importing and exporting, due to the rising boom in mass factory production. They own various pieces of Qamatanian land, exploiting the natives. They haven't conquered the Tehrt Dynasty, and are currently at war against them for their vast gold mines. Britannia is held in the limited power by Her Majesty Queen Victoria Thomas Wilson Robinson Edwards Lily Allen IX and The Royal Parliamentarian Court of Britannia. Her leading forward man is the war-like Minister of Warfare Cecil Rhodes. They're also setting their eyes on their former colony-turned-country Pan-Am, and war could soon follow.

The Xiangzhi Dynasty
The massive expanse of lush grassland and desert alike is home of the Xiangzhi Dynasty, and much like the Tehrt Dynasty, a merciless government indulged in extreme radical warfare that combines the finer things in life. You can never go to bed without looking at a polished geisha wielding a broadsword in her soft hands. The Xiangzhi are the masters of war tactics, and are sought by numerous world leaders for their legendary advice. Running this magnificent dynasty is Empress Dao-ming Luna Xiangzhi. As her name suggests, many believe her to be an undead, but none can tell if this is so, as her personal guards, the Hu Jinntao Nanchang. They are the second leading in importing and exporting in the Old World.

-any more?-

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/28/2012 23:22:36)

Hmm, could we use a crude form of nuclear powers? I think I've got an idea

VanHellsin24 -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/28/2012 23:35:20)

Nuclear power concepts aren't in during the 1800s

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/28/2012 23:37:22)

I think Kaho said that we didn't had to encase us in the 1800 technological prowess, plus there is magic, also, Van, did you do China in there? Because if you did, leave me Korea

VanHellsin24 -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/28/2012 23:39:14)

I did China

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/28/2012 23:41:35)

Then, leave me Korea, and another country you haven't planned something for, ok?

Also, anyone knwos of a country with high mountains/dense forests/abundance of swamps/all of the three combined?

lordkaho -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/29/2012 6:02:49)

Sorry for the late reply, but try looking at the continent neighboring you Mort.

America has it all. That land is just ripe with mystery, be it pre-colonial or colonial times. It has pyramids, mountains, bogs, great plains, tundras, deserts, you name it. It isn't called 'The New World' for nothing.

Glais -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (10/29/2012 9:00:25)

America, or at least the midwest-western zones was kind of in my jurisdiction though, just saying. Since it has to be isolated in order for there to be no way for Rainy Days to know of magic. I also realize this explains Verge's complexion, as the real-life America would've had...Native Americans living there.

That looks pretty good though Van, you put a lot of work into it.

Mortarion -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (11/4/2012 15:31:28)

Ughh, I know i have been a terrible member of the team, but I'll try to put up something before the first week of November finishes

VanHellsin24 -> RE: [COLLAB] Project VanHo MortAurus *Under Construction* (11/4/2012 15:43:16)

Well noted Mort.
