well, we could just take out the ironhide and focus on making him a purely offensive berserker type attacker.

anyway, updated him with his weapon.

here's another pose I'll throw in as a bonus. I find it difficult to animate him fluidly so that may take me a looong while. In the meantime, at least the flash file has the parts separated so they can hopefully have pre-existing animations plugged in. I'll see if I can contact nulgath about that.

I like to give what feedback I can so I will say this:

The axe is prety good. I like the brown handle bit in particular . However, the rest of it seems a bit simplistic, especially around the torso, and the helm does not seem to work well the way it is shaded. I'm not good at describing myself so I'm hoping you get what I'm saying. The art is not BAD, it just looks very simple I guess you say, and unlike more complex stuff you would find in OS if that makes sense. I'd say it might need more shading and detail. For a example of what I mean... well look at said brown handle if that makes sense. It looks more detailed and more like a grip, but still has that OS style.

But nonetheless, I DO like it, and I get you are doing the animations too. I'm just critiquing the artwork and saying what could be better in my opinion.[;)]

Am considering the prospect once I can clear up enough space in my schedule to get some consistent time to practice. If anything, 3 hour classes give me plenty of idle time to at least conceptualize doodles I guess.

Blackshock and dangoni should work as artist for OS in my opinion both are very skilled.

Thanks. I wanted to do something different since Egyptian mythos hasn't really been well represented in OS. I kinda wanted to avoid the stereotypical Anubis warrior look that's always being done so this time, I wanted to try a more "Warrior-scholar" approach to him. An earth/light hybrid deck with a lot of focus on not dying to emphasize on their more protective role.
