I have not played this game in about 2 months. What I observe is that there is a lack of interest in coming up with new ideas.

1)The devs came up with the EpicDuel evolution-thing and apparently that was sufficient reason for a lack of a proper update.

2)Then, they treat the return of seasonal rares as an update in itself. No new missions, incentives or anything. Similarly, refreshing the Dread War concept was supposed to bring many players back; not sure if it worked.

3)There were no Design Notes or even updates from Feb 21-Mar 7 at all. That's almost 2 weeks of inactivity.

Perhaps you haven't realised that Design Notes (or the lack of it) are also a source of information?
