Also from the new MC quest: Pike Pike

Magic Water spear/polearm. +3 BTH. Stat bonus to damage is CHA/8 (plus Lucky Strikes). Stat bonus to BTH is CHA*3/40 + DEX*3/40 + LUK/40.

Special is two hits, Magic Water.

All weapon attacks do +25% damage. However, there's a [hits connected]/[hits attempted] chance of making the monster deal +(25*0.75/1.4/0.88)% damage.

FSB (weapon+shield+misc): The monster's boost is instead... uh, just replace that 25 with a 15. Yeah. That's a simpler way of explaining it than by copying out the whole statement again.

So the MC is that it uses CHA instead of INT? Isn't that just a waste?
I mean it's only useful with with 0 STR/0 INT builds which doesn't exist because even if we had every element weapon like this, armor skills would hit for nothing and a lot of saves would be just impossible
Reaver of Nulgath had an interesting MC simply because 0 LUK builds are pretty common and I have one, which is pretty pretty good to me

Well and its a bummer we get no melee weapons out of this

Cthutlass is correct in assuming that 5% melee is 3 BtH, however as the effects includes pet output as well, Hornswaggle Axe is wrong as Defloss should be 50/1.4/5 = 5 turns -7.14 Defloss on success similar to Akriloth's Carnage weapons and Black Spot 50/1.4/1.5/.85 = 28% for 1 or 2 turns, Vex Blade needs to be updated to 50/4/1.4/.85 reflect Spot's way of calculation.

Now in the LTS: Poison/Stun Bows. Kam says:

Energy Bows, 100% proc, short bows, so no BtH lean. Click to toggle between a +4.25 BtH MC or giving up MC and half normal damage for Poison or Paralyse, respectively. Can fire either 1 or 2 arrows, each arrow deals 2/3 damage.

ETA:
Poison Bow: Each hit does -50% damage. Afterwards, the monster is Poisoned (Power 11.2*2/3*[hits connected]/4, 4 rounds, element «as weapon»). The monster can resist with a save (inflict with DEX/LUK, resist with END/LUK, +0). Poison stacks... *glances over code*... the same way as the Chimeran poison?
50% chance of a 1-hit attack, 2/3 total damage; 50% chance of a 2-hit attack, 4/3 total damage.

Stun Bow: Each hit does -50% damage. Afterwards, the monster is Paralysed (0.6274*[hits connected]*[monster resistance] rounds, rounded randomly). The monster can resist with a save (inflict with DEX/LUK, resist with END/LUK, +0). Paralysis stacks duration.
50% chance of a 1-hit attack, 2/3 total damage; 50% chance of a 2-hit attack, 4/3 total damage.

After creating a temporary use Adventurer character, leveling it to 10, and completing the Crystal Cave quest, I can confirm that the chests containing the Tarnished Caliburn can only be unlocked and opened by Guardians and Guardians only. So a "Guardian" tag would need to be added to the entry.

Finally got around to testing Black Spot and it's not working as described. Quoting info subs for clarity:

The weapon attempts Ele-Vuln infliction every attack. The one hit attack only grants ~123.8% Ele-Vuln and instead of granting 2 turns of Ele-Vuln, the 2 hit attack grants Ele-Vuln that's twice as strong (~147.6%) for 1 turn. It's also hard to tell from testing whether the weapon takes a damage penalty or whether the monster gets a save bonus, both of which would be necessary to determine whether it's balanced.

If the weapon is currently bugged and/or OP, I'd suggest keeping its current functionality but implementing or increasing the damage penalty. 100-proc users would get more out of a weapon that reliably inflicts Ele-Vuln but takes a damage penalty to compensate than a weapon that rarely inflicts Ele-Vuln. This would also be the easiest fix, since reducing the inflict rate, making the Ele-Vuln always 133%, and making the 2-hit attack inflict 2 turns of Ele-Vuln would take a lot more work (you'd also have to code in having the weapon not attempt Ele-Vuln if Ele-Vuln is already active). On the other hand, if it already takes an appropriate damage penalty, then it's just the info subs that are a bit misleading.

I can confirm above statement.
I also prefer a big damage penalty on weapon attacks for an attempt to inflict Ele-Vuln every turn... A bit like the Rat 'Nades, which also give up a large amount for their effects.

@IMR does that mean the axe winners will get the misc reward as well? The set bonus doesn't make sense right now, unless your alt wins a misc and you transfer it over..
