- Fixed the Glacial Short Staff and Reaper of the Sunless Winter weapons erroneously having 40% cost (50% Melee) for their efficient spells that deal 150% Melee damage. Standard generally is going to be 60% cost (75% Melee) for efficient spells to deal 150% Melee damage.
