Twilly Skills (2006–Present) Twilly will perform Heal Ally every four turns if Manual Pet Actions is not enabled.
Enabling Manual Pet Actions will allow more control over which of these skills Twilly may perform.

Effect: Approaches target, jumps, and crashes into the ground, sending a cloud of tan dust toward the target for 1 hit of 100% Melee Nature damage.

Falconreach access points require player to be level 3 or higher to invite Twilly.
Twilly's attacks previously have the following attack rates:- 'Attack': 70%
- 'Heal Ally': 30%
Twilly's heal from 'Heal Ally' was lowered from 8% of player's max HP to 5% of player's max HP on June 6th, 2025.
Twilly was updated with Manual Pet Actions on September 5th, 2025.
