Yes, it's almost that time of year! The time of the year where children dress up and knock outside your door and ask you for some sweets....or they will trick you! Trick or treat! It has become a tradition in many places all over the world and this has become an event that has been embraced by many games, especially AE games. Some of the AE games, such as AQW, have even given the event its own special name for the world of lore; Mogloween. Use this thread to discuss:

  • Should Epicduel have a unique name for Haloween, like Mogloween? If so, what names would you like to see?

  • Would you like to see some new seasonal rares? What types of weapons would you like to see?

  • Should there be a special area for Haloween? Should the NPCs dress up differently :P?

  • The Ghoul Cannon and Spectral Blaster are labelled as seasonal rares, but in those design notes it said that they are RARE. Do you think that they should return? Or should they go rare forever?

  • Would you like to see anything else this year in Epicduel to commemorate this event?

    		I would liek to see an Energy Gun and Aux for Halloween.

    I say make the skies in Barrens darken, and put up glowy orange pumpkins. And make NPCs in the Barrens wear the Pumpkin Head in battles. XD

    The Ghoul and Spectral making a comeback wouldn't affect the game much IMO, since the Eggs and Sharks passed them in power.

    It would be great to have Halloween themed NPCs (I.E. Mummy Mirv, Franken Marauder Hulk, Zombified Exile) suddenly ambush you (like the first City Guard Battle) while you walk around, and offer you Candies as a drop item (to turn in for Credits in a quest?) if you win a battle against them, or running.

    Also I think "Halloween" (not Halo-ween lol) sound fine

    Nah, let aqw be aqw and epicduel be epicduel.

    Nah, and they did during Christmas so why not.

    Yes they should return(With a 1 damage increase, nothing more, nothing less) Don't think they should go rare because that's why I look forward to the Easter release.

    Hair Styles, they seem to be a need trend so why not.

    		They could consider making another set of primaries similar to the Draconic Devastator and Draconic Destroyers as well, and I think it may be a good time to introduce a new promotional item.

    		You guys are being simple minded about this, I don't want the same junk I bought a few weeks back. Broaden your brain storming abilities and think of something that hasn't happened in the last few months because I don't want another season sword montage like they did last year with the FrostBane, Azrael Bane, and Celtic Cleaver.

    		How about a Pumpkin armor that shrinks and wilts out of Halloween and gets +3 on a random Stat only during the Halloween period?

    Return. They won´t get powered up anyway.

    Random undead NPCs like ghosts in PVP that give bonus credits and tokens.

    		I just want Seasonal Robot. I guess a Robot in Halloween can be Poison one.
    I wonder if we can have some kind of Trick or Treat system (seem like Fame)

    no, aqw needs to be itself. ed should never have aqw related stuff

    sure, a new seasonal area would be nice even though thats somewhat an aqw idea. and yes, npc's dress up differently, i wanna see slayer in a princess costume! XD

    		new 2vs1 boss Mechlord Pumpkin

    New energy aux non varium with good stats and able to compete with other aux's

    Random ghost battles when u click 1vs1 would be nice (npc battle)

    A name for the event? no clue

    yeah, having random ghost battles seems like a pretty nice idea. each having 200 hp and 75 energy but no defenses at all since theyre a ghost. they should have reroute, all kinds of grenades so
    its like if theyre making something float and throwing it at u

    		I got a idea for halloween:

    Fog covers all of epicduel a mysterious npc u can see his shadow but he is covered in thick fog and he has no name that we know of and he sells the halloween weapons and he only comes once a year on halloween to sell his medieval goods

    I would suggest more equipment slots or BGM (Halloween first [Suggestion: This is Halloween]).

    It would be OK for new promos or seasonals. I would like to see player suggested content.

    If the NPC is positioned in a new area then sure. If it doesn't take too much of their time go for it.

    I sold them because they are obsolete and few people want something like that for rarity. Probably not recommended.

    Yes, all Souls Day, the day after Halloween for a special treat (see what I did there?) with prized events and more items or replace items with new features.

    Nope, since epicduel has no moglins. I think they should just stick with Halloween.

    I think George Lowe's area should be the Halloween area, and bring back the lowebots.

    I think they shouldn't come back, just so the people who got them last year wont be upset about others getting them. Infact, i don't think there should be a promo for this 1, but if there is, they shouldn't bring back the zookas.

    Hairstyles, trick or treating quest, random fights with mods who are in costumes.

    		Return the Ghoul Cannon and Spectral Blaster. However, their price will be lowered from 2200 varium to 995. Just look at the serpent bazookas from exile leader....both have +38 damage while halloween bazookas get +36 damage with lower stats and damage. The prices should be lowered that's all and no buffs.

    		If those +36 auxes ever go back, they will definitely not receive a buff because they are one of the oped promotional rares.
