Ummm I believe the answer to the OP is 3 blue stars....yep after 1 comes 2 then after 2 is 3...

 I knew Donna Matrix had 2 blue stars quite a while ago so this comes as no suprise to me, as to my guess for the next color. It will be green or red.

As for 2 blue being the max. For now it is with the grand total of rating being 131,742 rating ( with every single achievment ) the next star is either coming soon or already thought about and is just waiting to be earned. Even if 2 is the max for now, obviously more achievements will come out and therefore rating will rise creatingthe possiblity of new stars to be earned.

Maximum rating is 116,527 if you only count "War General" frysteland war rank achievement and if you only count "Krampus Slayer"/"Legion Bane" and not both.

Hmm. Moderators can have any achievement they wish for? Interesting. This will have to be fixed if and when rating points are given a purpose.

 This has gone off topic, so locking this up. If you wish to discuss the values of the achievement, please use this thread that Jzannu has provided. However, the discussion needs to be civilize, not bashing the moderators. Also, would like to note that getting free achievements is not really abusive, nor does it give any real advantages during gameplay.
