that and its in the super villain manual.

rule 1337: always tell the the heroes your plans, even if it is inconvinient for you.

The Dealer wanted him to be a part of it and he`s the guy who`s funding the show so gotta keep him happy. Maybe Drak ((and others) come out of free will and the whole being captured was just for rateings.

But then what happens if you told Corona this, and then he just goes back in time, changes one small detail...

Not to mention Zanathos is a TimeWeaver, and is more experienced than Corona at this.

There's also me wondering how you'd face the rest of his friends, since while they lack a menagerie of powers that most have, the one power they DO each have are very useful in odd ways.

 From the information that is apparent and/or has been said already, my guess is you'd want to cause the city to destroy itself, either by the damage of not being able to defend them/itself do to the inabilityunderstand outside stimuli properly. That, or that's a subversion/he intends to alter the chemical composition of it.

Seems pretty obvious, but Omnicorp. apparently has decided to either not coordinate properly, or has not been properly deciding which people are trustworthy to deal with, and thus I personally cannot help, at the moment. Possibly both.
