Resist's value was reduced from -30 to -10 Wind Resist on September 8th, 2023; damage was also reduced from 225% to 180% on that date.
Previously had the description: The crystal that forms the blade of this elegant weapon is cold to the touch, as though its surface is constantly in the breeze. Has a 20% chance on attack to reduce enemy Wind resistance by 30% for 5 turns. (Cosmetic, Special Slot)
