Frozen Wand
Crafted from leftover shards of the Ice Scythe, this wand will show it's true power in the coming Fire War.
(No DA Required)

Effect: Applies 'Strengthen' (+10 Fire Resist) to player for 5 turns inclusive; 1 hit of 100% Ice damage; applies 'Weaken' (-10 Ice Resist) to target for 5 turns inclusive.

Cooldown: 5 - [(Player LUK/50), rounded down], floored at 2
Charge Time: 3 - [(Player LUK/100), rounded down], floored at 1

Appearance

Other information

Weapon's special does not stack with Frozen Claymore, Frozen Dagger, Frozen Mace, Hive Ranger's Halberd, Ice Scythe, or Vanilla Ice Katana's specials.

Resist value was reduced from -50 Ice to -10 Ice Resist on September 8th, 2023; cooldown was also reduced from 20 to 5 on that date.

Weapon is animated; wand's pommel pulses with a bright white glow continuously.
