i think staff should do question answer in help and suport.

The Question and Answer threads are for all forum users, and as Staff do not post as often as forum users it would be less beneficial if they did.

I'll assume you mean the AQ Q&A section, as that forum has the only Help & Support sub-forum as I recall. The staff do post there when necessary. I'm not quite sure why you think they don't. Many of the answers are known to forum members who answer the questions first, and the rules of that forum tell members not to post if the question has already been answered. If a previously given answer is incorrect or leaves something out, then members can correct the post, which I myself have done on multiple occasions.

Really I'm just not quite sure what you're getting at. The staff doesn't ignore that forum by any means, it's simply redundant to post when members (by sheer numbers :P) have a tendency to get to the answer first.

yes i do agree with the AK they do not ignore the forums they just r overcome by sheer numbers of us users

There's often no need for our personal attention, either. Time spent browsing Q&A to answer every question would be time spent not working on the games, so unless there's a question that no one else could answer...
