I Was Wondering If There Is a Delay Because I Just Recently Changed My Avatar Picture But, as you can see, It Is Still The Same Moglin Ghost!

As it says in the =AE= Frequently Asked Questions:

After you pick an avatar on your Profile screen, make sure you hit the "Apply" button all the way at the bottom BEFORE hitting the "Ok" button.
