Hello, My account on AQW has been Disabled due to a Payment Issue, and I would like to know why. Is there a certain Thread in which I can ask a Staff member what happened, or where I can get a full explaination?

Please use the Help-Pages below to resolve your Payment Issue. Once you complete those Steps, your Account will be Restored.

Thank you, I'm not certain if thats my problem.....

My Cousin made a payment for me. I was upgraded and was playing on Sirver for a while. Then a few days after I get an Email saying Theres a Payment issue, and your account will be disabled temporarily until the issue is fixed. I have yet to get in touch with my family member, but I still don't understand what went wrong? Is AE still waiting for the payment to go through?

Would your link refer to this as well?

Yes, I'd suggest you using the Help-Pages to resolve your Payment Issue.

Also Payment Issues, occurs mostly when using a Debit Card.
