well my problem is simple when I was doing a citadel quest it sudenly skipped one. Yes i loged out and loged in and left plece too. can someone help.

After you finish "Summoning Complete", I believe "Grand Inquisitor's Surprise Visitor" will be available.

If not, try clearing your cache. And log back in.

And if both don't work for you, report the problem at Quest Bugs - 02Aug10.
