Too many times I've seen users posting within Artix Entertainment's General Discussion area about account related issues. I'm not sure if they are permitted by the rules to post such affairs without folly but I believe that it should be made clear that they should resort to customer/consumer support if they have any account issues. It seems that it may not be labeled clear enough that AEGD, well...

As you may have had not to inquire, this section shouldn't support account issues unless they tie in directly to Battleon Master Account issues which can be handled here. Perhaps, they should be an entire section just for so. Don't think as to why you should reconsider with such a change, but why you should relocate tied in Battleon Master Account services to a new section.
I understand that in recent past, suggestions that spoke about a new section(s) were shot down due to the fact that they make cause clutter. As AE evolves, clutter would be something that is inevitable to happen. They way these forums are grouped perhaps a new system could be needed? Also, the relocation of threads would not add to more clutter(if any) to the forums seeing as though relocating just means changing the location of a thread. Threads "stickied" at the top may actually add on to forum clutter! Why not group certain threads of a certain niche within a certain section? This idea would not only benefit specific account issues, but they would also benefit already cluttered sections.
I can only hope that I have explained all that there is needed for a idea like this to be considered...alas....
