1 - Ya probably should read the rules and forum information first: Forum Rules and Resources
Additionally, each board has few specific rules and there are boards for each kind of thread.
AQW for example:
AQWorlds General Discussion - Discuss everything about AQW.
AQWorlds Bugs - Report problems and bugs you've found in AQW
AQWorlds Q&A - Ask questions about problems ya have with AQW ingame like: "How to finish the quest" or "Where to find the followin weapon"
AQWorlds Guides - Many helpful guides can be found here. What stats to use, how to finish an event etc.
AQWorlds Suggestions - Suggest your artwork ideas.

According to the Staff and ArchKnights List, Seahawk is responsible for changing your forum name. You only get one rename, so make sure you really want the new name, nobody else already has the name, and you have a good reason. If, after all that, you're sure you still want the name change, then send him a PM and ask nicely. But remember that he's a busy hawk, so please be patient!
