This is the reason because many classes now have a way of regenerating EP, such as reroute or static-charge, or maybe even an energy booster. But anyways, i like how you always stay positive about EMP ;P. Anyways apart from that, back on topic: Cyber Hunters are actually quite a good class, except from the part that tanking is nearly impossible. This is because if we have high defenses, then our damage is low, and if we want to deal high damage, our defenses will be low. Also, BM's and TCLM's got the better of the new skills while all we got was a stun grenade which depends mostly on luck. Now don't even get me started on the passives. I mean, Shadow Arts?? Is that it! We got the passive that "Statistically" only activates one out of ten turns at "Max." Wouldn't it have been a better idea to include another passive, or at least give us a buffed version of Shadow Arts? Well, these are my thoughts, nothing about flaming. I like the CH, i see some areas in need of improvement.
