Hello, I've been facing an issue with Juggernaut mode.The system checks for 5levels gap,correct? But it checks for the gap between the juggernaut and the highest level in the team. Example: I,as level29,i get matched with Lv26 player versus a Lv35 juggernaut..This isn't fair at all since the lv26 guy dies in 2 turns even if i healed him. http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/8552/juggernauta.jpg So my suggestion is to change the forumla that is used in Juggernaut matchmaking,let's say: **(Highest level team member+lowest level team member) /2 ** and get the range between the calculated number and more 5levels,thus in the example above : Lv29+Lv26 divided by 2 is 26.5 rounded up to 27 ..So the juggernaut would be max Lv32/Lv33.. P.S. most of juggernauts are heal looping TLMs with tank builds,the above problem explains the very high rate in juggernaut mode for these players. Regards.
