I'm on 185 right now, and i'm Delta.
Think it is time to raise that thing.

@ bloodpact

the limit is 200 item spaces. As it is now zeph has 185 items and is about to run out of space.

Because it takes space in the database and that one isn't free either?

As the game will progress, more players will have even more items so you cannot assume 250 spaces and few players because that's temporary and doesn't work out. Once players get as many items, what then?

I don't think Devs will really rise it unless many players are already hitting the limit. As Mother1's said, it was raised 3 months ago and accounting for players who buy duplicates for rarity (and using as a reason to raise the limit) won't be good enough.

I can't support those who just buy the duplicates for rarity score sadly

This is a difficult one - with selling increasing inventory space, it means it costs more for us to store all of that data since it leads to higher bandwidth being used. That being said, we have no real urgency to raise it right now because so very few players are actually close to the limit. We cannot raise it simply because one or two players are a few items off.

I completely understand that some players absolutely love keeping their rarity score very high and so on, however the situation is a classic trade off. You can store many of one item or you can use that space to store multiple items. The more of one single rare item you store, the higher your rarity score, but the lower the space you have in your inventory for other items. The more different items you have, possibly (depending on weapons) the lower your rarity score is, however you have a much higher diversity and range of different weapons. Its your choice which direction you choose to go, or whether you try to stay in the middle and go for rarity and variety. Whichever you choose will result in an opportunity cost of the other, as explained above, but sadly you cannot expect the inventory limit to simply be raised to accommodate just you and a few others so you can have things all ways, some times decisions have to be made!
