Right now, whoever goes 1st usually wine, unless they're a lower level. This is no strategy pur luck based fighting. To fix here's what they should do. 1. Weapons not equal The only difference between staff, club, and wrist blades is look. Clubs should have a built in 1% stun chance. Wrist blades should have a 2% built in crit chance. Staffs have a 1% increase in primary damage. 2. Classes have traits Traits would be like cores for the actual class. So tms have 1% increase in deflection chance, bhs 1% increase in block chance. As you lvl up the traits become more noticable. 3. Dynamic Skill Tree All nerfing does is limit the amount of possible builds, but with this build possibility is endless( if done right). No requirements on skills and all improve with something, but trying to stat abuse changes it. Field medic improves with support and has no requirement. Support merc abuse again, right? Wrong. As you put more and more into that support other things suffer. Like you take in more damage, energy cost increases, or multi becomes weaker. This would probably take the most time, but would help balance the most. 4. Unique skills for each class Each class of course has field medic, but after that everything else different.I can add more details , but no more space.
