This occurs due to how the language filter is designed. It is meant to catch people who "split up" the letters/parts of a word in an attempt to evade the filter. For example, if "time" was a filtered word, the filter is designed to detect when you say "T i m e", which is intentional, but it would also filter two unrelated phrases even if said in different chat windows, such as " There was a lot of confetti. Measuring the total amount took way too much effort." (The bolded text spells out the example word and recognizes it as being the first case.) This is also why sometimes you can have trouble saying the word "hey", because if you ended your last sentence with the 1 letter that would make the filter think you said an inappropriate word, then it will block you from saying it. In your sentence, there is a complete word that has been detected as being inappropriate (it's not in English though). Whenever I encounter this error, I would usually just rephrase what I was trying to say so that the "filtered word" is no longer present. I don't think there's any way of fixing this for good, while also ensuring the filter can't be easily outsmarted, but I recall there were some exceptions added in the past for commonly used phrases.
