IMO stuns have way too much impact for how random they are. A very, very long time ago I suggested changing up all the stun skills so that they either guarantee a stun but penalize the user in some way (very high energy cost with weak to no damage on the skill), or that the stun portion of that skill gets removed entirely to make battles less reliant on luck. I don't like limiting 1 stun per battle because in the future, if there ever is a stun build (which I have seen run by I believe Digital X right when Omega first came out) that people want to use for fun or something, this change would just scrap that idea entirely. He looked like he was having a ton of fun running that build and I really wanted to try it out myself too. There are probably more constructive ways to fix stun so that it isn't such a broken mechanic anymore that won't cause problems in the future.
