How do they work :(

As in how many % of dodge chance does 1 point of evasion give or how much damage does 1 point of attack ACTUALLY give etc.

I know rabblefroth is in charge of the recent stat overhaul but, I do not know here to contact him. The numbers are super vague, the game might still be in beta and things might change still, but I do enjoy minmaxing in MMO's
