Once you've hit rank 80 you can max out all the ranks you need for PvP then there's no more power to gain. This talent system will be a much needed credit sink and has passives. Each class has 6 talents that can each be leveled up to 10 with a few exceptions. I'll give some good examples so you get an idea of the power to expect from talents. Merc 1) Heal 1% of your remaining HP when you block an attack. Each level is 1% more - 10% at level 10. 2) Hybrid armor applies a damage reflect for 2 turns reflects 3% damage. 30% at max. 3) Surgical strike gains you 3% of the rage you steal. That's 30% at max. 4) Increases Bunker's def ignore by 2%. 20% max. 5) 2% HP increase. So 20% at max. 6) Immune to stun. This talent is only 1 level and will cost the price of a level 7 talent. Tactical Merc 1) Increases Toxic Grenade's damaage by 2% + field medic halves its power, instead of removing it completely. 20% more poison at max level. 2) Atom Smash Improves with your highest stat. This talent is only level and will cost the price of a level 8 talent. 3) Mineral armor increases deflect rate by 4% for 2 turns. 40% at max. 4) Frenzy uses your strongest weapon including bot. This talent is only 1 level and will cost the price of a level 9 talent. 5) Blood Shield gains you 20 energy per level. 200 at level 10. 6) Battery backup heals your ally for 5% of what you heal. 50% at max. 1% more heal if you have no ally, so 10% at max. Tech Mage 1) Gain 3% of all damage you deal as energy. 30% at max. 2) Field Medic heals your ally for 5% of what you heal. 50% at max. 1% more heal if you have no ally, so 10% at max. 3) Malfunction gains you 5% of the tech you reduced for 3 turns. 50% at max. 4) 10 more sidearm damage. 100 at max. This is like Deadly aim passive TM used to have. 5) Deflection only reduces damage by 1%. 10% at max. 6) Plasma bolt reduces targets energy by 2% of damage done. 20% at max. Blood Mage 1) Bludgeon uses energy damage if it will do more damage. 2) Increases all damage by 2%. 20% max. 3) 3% more HP and decreases the energy cost of all skills by 3% but they cost 2 HP. 30% more HP, -30% energy costs and all skills cost 20 HP. 4) Sidearm damage is increased by your highest stat. This talent is only 9 level and will cost the price of a level 10 talent. 5) No idea 6) No idea Cyber Hunter 1) Attacks cannot be deflected. This talent is only 1 level and will cost the price of a level 8 talent. 2) Plasma Grenade stun rate +7%. 75% at max with it's 25% chance already = 100% stun rate. 3) 10 more bot damage. 100 at max. 4) Plasma armor reflects 2% physical damage. 20% max. 5) 2% less on energy costs. 20% max. 6) No idea Bounty Hunter 1) Heal 2% of your dmg as HP. 20% at max. 2) Triples the power of Mark of Blood's heal to damage. This talent is only 1 level and will cost the price of a level 7 talent. 3) 3 more primary damage. 30 at max. 4) Cannot be blocked. 5) Poison gains 5% more damage. 50% at max. 6) Increases the damage of multi-shot by 2%. 20% at max. Costs: Divide them by 6 since each class has 6 talents. This'll be the cost of maxing them all Level 1; 1000 creds Level 2; 2500 creds Level 3; 6250 creds Level 4; 15625 creds Level 5; 39063 creds Level 6; 97656 creds Level 7; 244141 creds Level 8; 610,352 creds Level 9; 1,525,879 creds Level 10; 3,814,687 creds Looks like 6-7 mill total here.
