Overload and multy are useless for the current bm's tree, both for the same reason. Overload increase with dex and there isn't another dex skill in all the tree. Same case for multy but support instead of dex.
Bludgeon was often used for focus builds and I guess it would be helpful for this kind of build. And for the case of strength bm, I believe it is way week because it just has 1 strength skill. After using fireball, bm user just can spam strikes. I guess it really needs back bludgeon.
If bludgeon backs to bm, I guess fire ball would need a small nerf in damage. However, bm will be better with 2 strength skills instead of 1 skill with higher damage.

Yeah, BM definitely needs help in the strength department. Even with fireball, it needs to be almost maxed out for it to be useful and that's way too much energy.

If energy parasite goes I am down for it. Blood mage when the passives returned should have had that move removed since they no longer needed energy regain due to having passive health gain back.

With that said, you believe that Static Smash and Static Grenade should also be changed to previous versions, Atom Smash and EMP Grenade respectively

Put bludgeon in bm, will not happen. The main idea is that each class have different skills. However, we can create a new skill in bm with your ideas

If anything, probably plasma rain I'd say. Overload has a stun at least, so that's something.

However, now that sidearm improves with strength, bm will have 2 unblockable attacks.

Yea, I'm not down with having two unblockable attacks like that. Maybe make it blockable or something? I know the Black Abyss Bot normal attack looks like a blade but it's still blockable. But I think BM needs a bludgeon-ish move to help it.
