Where can I fight the TerrorZard?

 I can say successfully that I've only battled this thing once throughout my 16-17 (however how long its been) of playing this game. Is there a location or quest where I can fight this zard?

 Off the top of my head there is The Restoration

Another place would be the Huntress, the Hunted! quest, forest monster part specifically.
Compared to "The Restoration" it's 18 again 26 in monster pool. Although you are required to pass a desert monster section first.

 you can find terrorzard at temple of hope earth orb
go to yulgar>devourer saga>go to temple>talk to nel(click middle room on right side)>earth orb(forest)

you can encounter him as first or second monster in the quest, my style is to flee on monsters with high hp so that i can redo the quest until i can encounter the terrorzard.

He's also found at Dragonspine > 3. The Void Dragons

 wow that void dragons - is where you can level up fast! Kindred armor and very very high xp monsters. like 700K xp nerf kitten :D
