What are cheap (in HP/SP/MP costs) repeatable (so no Purple Rain or 1/battle effects) ways to skip a monster's turn (or the equivalent like celerity or autododge) that uses INT as the mainstat for any status inflictions? It's alright if the way costs the player's turn instead of being quickcast.

Those all cost a full spells worth of MP, except for Thorns/Hiding for Dummies which don’t use INT to inflict. Is there anything cheaper, maybe elecomped armor skills?
Also some of those are daze. I’d prefer something with a 100% skip turn like paralyze but if there are multiple sources of ex daze that can be combine for an almost 100% turn skip for a very cheap total cost that’s ok too

The quick answer to your question is "No".

Stun-lock usually requires multiple attempts or applications. For example, dual hydras on a beast build using clever disguise or bard of war armor would likely stun lock . It would use charisma to inflict, but cost the MP upkeep so having INT is helpful. You can use Mogdin guest for the most powerful paralyze in the game, with other paralyze pets or miscs/etc.

Actually, the best stun locks in the game are almost always tied to beast builds since the pets and guests are attempting the same effects.

I see. Even if CHA needed for the cheapest stunlocks. Would like to know how cheap INT ones could get. Ex: compared to a full spell cost of MP/SP for the options Ash mentioned, Bolts option of Bag of Mixed Nuts costs 78.54% Melee in SP. Although don't know how much Melee a standard spell uses.
