Well, Bloodthirsty does choke, not panic.. Althought they're similar, it's a matter of preference on what people like. Choke is always a known duration. Panic is semi-perm, pending a monster save throw. However, each panic line listed has it's own individual throw. This one does choke and therefore has a known duration. SOme people like that better. As for a quicker ability to lower damage, Bloodthirsty will probably be better. But Sinister's permanent stat reduction both lowers damage and lowers accuracy, so dodge playstyles can take advantage. Sinister does heal through it's shield. The shield will heal either 5% per mob hit or 15% per mob hit depending on the toggle activated. This only works once the stat reduction caps (-420) So it takes a bit. But there are ways to get to the cap in 2 turns tbh. I would say a lot depends on your playstyle, tbh. Bloodthirsty is FD, and your build, a warrior, has warrior lean to bump it's damage up to neutral lean damage while retaining FD defense. The skill is melee locked. It probably fits better with your build. However, Sinister is regarded as the better set because permanent stat reduction is extremely strong. It's skill is ranged locked so it's more catered for rangers, but the stat reduction toggle works with any build. It works on spellcasts as well, so Mages can use it very well. I know my answer may have made the decision more difficult to decide, but I think either one is fine.
