Analysis
A Level 90 Guardian spell, so it has the power of a Level 93 spell (90-270 damage plus 714% Stats, with 23 BTH) while having the MP cost of a Level 92 spell. The spell deals 88.7% damage to compensate for the Blinding effect, and the damage is split evenly over the two hits.
