 id say its Mir or pre Varium Syfy or id wager a guess at NPC's

If you saw a F2P commanding a faction what would you say

 ah well i never spent a dime on this game it was given to most every Early beta

anyway 10,001 is alot of wins for a F2P or is it 5001 i dont remember anymore

there was a time in beta where u could make ur own factions by just paying credits. varium wasn't required.
it was 1000 credits only when i was at like lvl 12 when i made a faction called "The Legion" in the very first day of merger with AE.

 Factions were always Varium it was just so little Varium that our Starter supply covered it and most of us prolly didnt even know we had Varium

 @Lurks yep it was 125 origanally now its like 450

anyway F2P's who are commanders great job i think you should get some free varium for toughing it out

 gold you also got free Varium for joining also i read the late Alpha and Early Beta DN's Factions have always been Varium

being commander = playing a 7-11 days.

 F2P commander is more like a month straight with an OP'ed build

no its same for everybody , 10000 wins = 10000 NPC battles , (if you win a NPC in 1,5 mins ) than it makes 15000 mins , 15000 mins /60 = 250 hours , 250 hours/24 =11 days

So if you do non stop NPCing for 11 days without sleep you can be Commander :)

Note:I took the in game time period , i know you cant do more than 15 NPC per hour , so i mean 11 days in ED = commander

 Or: you can sleep 40 minutes per hour and spend the rest of your time NPCing.
