How do you make a signature?

i mean picture but like how do i Put words on a picture and stuff

There are various programs such as MSPaint and Gimp where you are able to edit and make a signature. If you're not too savvy with those programs, I would recommend going to the Artistic Requests Forum. I'm sure someone there will be able to help you.

Also if you plan on taking up Gimp and making professional images, may I suggest the Guides and the terminology thread.
