EFFECT
  • There's a [# of hits connected]/3*89.6% chance of attempting to Choke* the monster. Monster categories "golem", "plant", "robot", "ooze", and "undead" are immune** to this effect, as are Earth-element monsters***. The monster takes a +0 bonus to its save†:
      Level: PowLvl vs MonsterLevel
      Major: YourINT vs MonsterEND
      Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK
    @If the monster fails the save, it will deal 25% damage for 1 round.

    ***Your foe gasps as the choking sands fill its lungs!
    ***Creatures with no need to breathe cannot be Choked.
    ***Creatures aligned with Earth are immune to the choking sand.
    **†Your foe coughs the sand away.

    DESCRIPTION
    This spell allows you to call on sands similar to what buried the ancient ruins of the west to bury your enemy in a massive sandfall; dealing powerful Earth damage and occasionally Choking your enemy!
