 Well? What do you think? What do you think of "Neglected" NPCs? For example, some NPC's haven't really been used in the game itself. Caden, for example, only sells weapons and offers other functionality, but we have yet to receive a mission for him. Wouldn't it be nice to have some NPC's be brought back into the spotlight?

i believe they're working on it.

most recently, Ulysses got a use (repairs) then it was taken away (everyone can now repair), now he's getting a new use in the missions.

besides, caden is an achievement npc ;)

 I do feel bad about characters that seem neglected, but some characters have to wait until their role in a bigger storyline is revealed.

Lol what do you mean everyone can now repair?

 Cindy do you plan on sending anything in the direction of the Overlord Facility because I don't think they have gotten anything since Beta aside from the Rigor Mortis mission


But besides Overlord Facility I think everything else has been hit in the last three sagas and I'm going to include TLAPD or 11/11/11 in this because without those I would have to say that the West Naval Yard is being neglected too

maybe big tuna could have missions where she gives bikes as rewards? maybe parts or something.

I feel like overlord facility would be the best place for EDs first real dungeon

My spawn point is set there even, so I would think the ghost town of a location could use some love.

 So our next arc could possibly explore the backstory of M4TR1X, how she came about, mebbe she and Overlord Guard have some Romance going on between them :3
