Section I: Amaterasu will be lead by the Sages who is in turn will be moderated by the Grand Sage, the Grand Sage with the Sages are in charge of leading the normal procedures of the Council only the Sage Council can declare war on a clan or other council.

Section II: The is elected by the ambassadors of the other clans, an ambassador cannot vote for his own clan to prevent biased votes. The High Council is leaded by the Leaders of each clan, who they are in turn leaded by the Founder.

Section III: There will be three councils at all times, leaded by a Council Lord and in the case of the High Council the High King which the members vote for their leaders, they cannot vote for themselves. The are two and in case of war three councils are as follow: Sage Council, Council of Common and in times of war the War Council .

Section IV: War can only be declared by the Sage Council, any clan enemies of the member clans are automatically be made enemies of Amaterasu.

Council Ranks & Groups

High Council

Grand Sage: The Grand Sage is the overall leader of Amaterasu, however is power is not absolute his power relies on the Sage Council, his powers however involve disbanding completely the lower councils and removing someone from power from the lower councils without the need of approval from the Sage Council. To remove someone of the Sage Council including the Grand Sage requires a majority vote among the councils.

Sages: The Sages are the members of the Sage Council there powers are to oversee the entire council at all times, they are in charge on declaring wars and taking care of policies with the other clans enemies and allied.



Council of Commons

Lord of Common: The Lord of the house of common power relies with the people, he can be removed from power by the Sage Council, his power include making sure the overall members of the council clans are happy and content.

Ambassadors: The Ambassadors are chosen by the leader of each clan, they help the Lord of Commons by telling him the problems of the people, they must elect the Lord of Common among each other.

War Council:

War Lord: The War Lord is chosen by the High Council they must know a lot of pvp and be the best fighter in a clan, he is chosen after fighting among the best fighters in each guild but he also must be a great leader and a overall nice guy.

War Delegates: The runners up of the position of War Lord, help the war lord in time of war when the council or any of their clan are at war.
