i think there must be a vault in epic duel that we can take credits and items in vault and if we go with our other character in that acc that item will be there. but this character must be on ur acc ofcourse.

Not supported. if this was put into play new players would be at a huge disadvantage since alts characters will have credits not only to buy better gear then them but enhance it as well. If this happened newer players won't want to stay since they would keep on losing. So not supported and never supported.

 @Mother1 currently enhancing with credits is a disadvantage all it's own because there is no return on investment so you would have to give an ungodly amount of credits to your alt for this to be practical

At the lower levels the gear has less enhancement slots so it wouldn't cost too much for a higher level user to send the credits over for the lower level to power up with, and even if this wasn't the case it still puts the new lower levels at the mercy of experienced users alt accounts. It will wreak balance in the lower levels, and will make new players who are testing out the game get a bad taste and leave.

 @Mother one way or another the experienced players will make alts that use game breaking skill gear combinations. Now you could say this is a means to an end by using the Higher account to buy all of this noob gear and just throw it into the vault so the alt doesn't have to spend credits on weapons and then you have a very valid point of function abuse

I didn't even see the items part about it as you did OWA. However, that is what I am talking about. Weather it is old hand me down items, or Credits it will make leveling up alt accounts easier, and make the new players/ leveling up players these alt's punching bags. We have enough of that already with the Varium and Non varium gap at the higher levels. We don't need it happening at the lower levels as well since this is the place were everyone is as close to equal footing as possible.

Besides Lycus in a previous thread pointed out the same things I am pointing out now, and how it would wreak balance for the lower levels.

People could also do missions that give high rewards over and over with their various characters and then give all the rewards to a character of their choice, making that unfair.

From what I understand from this suggestion, you are basically suggesting trading between your characters but in a different way. It has been suggested and discussed before and had several issues.

if you enhance a new item with 5 slots it gives 5 stats? thats not too advantage-ish. supported

You should earn your credits and gear when starting a new character not by transferring credits, varium and gear so your new character can use it and keep winning. This would NOT attract people to the game. Infact, it will make the new players who join ED instantly quit.
