 Hello, Oversouls I am Nulgath's Shadow. I knew of your rebellion against my master from the beginning. Its sad, that your loyalty is so fickle. That all it takes for you to rebel against Nulgath's will is for Nulgath to leave for a little while. For shame on you all. Especially with all that power he bestowed abound you all when you beg and pleaded for it. Tsk, Tsk.

Now I could have easily stop your rebellion at the beginning but such task are beneath me. Especially when its far more entertaining to watch souls fight to the bitter end for power. So I let you Oversouls fight to see who amongst you is worthy of my presence. Worthy of me to make an example out of you. To teach you all you Oversouls why you NEVER betray Nulgath. I will enjoy making an example out of you as devour you in front of the survivors. Where I have found a soul taste so delicious when its hope is raised so high and you bring it crashing down in disbelief.

For now I'll will wait for your champion. The one who beleives that they are worthy of ruling in my stead until my Master returns. I will see you on the battlefield soon. HA HA HAH!


Void Wars Boss Fight.


Welcome to the Void Wars Boss Fight. This is a special bonus fight for the winner of Void Wars tournament. Where the tournament winner gets to particpate in a special match against the events boss, Nulgath's Shadow. Where if they truimphant over Nulgath's Shadow they will win more prizes and effect the Oversoul story in special way. Failure to defeat the Shadow will result in the statis quo remaining the same and less prizes.

Rules
  • To particpate the player most have won the Void Wars Tournament.
  • The player then challeges and sets up a match against the Avatar of Nulgath's Shadow.
  • A match is a series of 3 duels with the same opponent. If you lose your match you lose the boss fight.
  • The player may only use characters that were permitted in Void Wars Tournament
  • The player most fight the Black Dragon first. Win or lose it does not matter but they most complete one fight against the Black Dragon. This will effect some story elements.
  • The player after fighting the Black Dragon will then be permitted to fight against Nulgath's Shadow.
  • The player must win the best out of 3 battles against Nulgath's Shadow. In the case of a tie (1 win each), continue dueling until someone wins 2 matches in a row. Alternate who goes first between matches.
  • Nulgath's Shadow will have modification to it. It will be more powerful then a normal Nulgath's Shadow.
  • Nulgaths Shadow will always go first.

    Prizes

    If the Player defeats Nulgath's Shadow they will win these prizes.
  • 40 Soul Gems
  • Special Forum Title "Void Master Eternal"
  • Storywise in game; the player character will be consider the head of Nulgath's forces until Nulgath returns. In game you would be consider ruling Oversoul in Nulgath's leave. Disclaimer: Note how your character is interpid and acts will be determine by game staff.

    If the Player fails to defeat Nulgath's Shadow they will win these prizes.
  • 12 Soul Gems
  • Storywise in game: They will be written as being defeated by Shadow. Disclaimer: Note how your character is interpid and acts will be determine by game staff.

    		Well, at level 21 she should have 3000 more health than you and you lost at 2800 sooo... a level 20 character should be able to handle it. I know for sure that Kiyone and Mritha want to give as much as they can to the OS players, so they wouldn't make it an unreasonable challenge.

    		Really? Really? PFFT! does CC mean nothing? LOL! Then again... Kiyone confirmed Warlic helped make Nulgath's shadow break through the level 20 barrier! You guys are all DEAD! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

    		The Warden: So do I. Although since Darklore fought it as the screenshot said, I expect Kiyone not's neccisarily against a fun non canon fight with it if you manage to catch him on OS. Although I'd also say you'd need to check first.

    Him? LOL! I'm positive Kiyone is a woman. Usually AK's/Staff don't lie about their genders.

    		 Not sure where Kiyone lied about his gender, but IIRC Axel referred to him as a he so it's safe to assume he's male.
    Looks like it'll be an AK using a character with a boss deck—I don't see how anyone can win that fight!


    Kiyone's gender is very obviously the color blue. End of discussion.

    		They probably will but not a top priority. I too would be curious as to why someone would lie over gender but people have their reasons.
    I think it must be possible but is the black dragon also a boss deck/player cause that will be pretty much practice then. It must be possible but just to play with numbers how OP are we talking here? poison and all cards costing 2 less? charging 6???

    		 Clarification time, once the tournament winner finishes the boss fight. I'll be more then happen to let others have a crack at him. Reason I pick Dark Lore was I knew he had a low level character that could't kill the boss. So I thought it be better hype to have a fight then here's a screenshot shows level 21.

    On modifications. The level is the one I'm letting you guys know about it. Anything else is a secret but don't fret their won't be any one hit kill modifications. Granted that would be hilarious on my end to do it at least once. He he heh.

    On my gender. I agree with Mritha, its blue. for those who think I'm lying. Note I always refer to myself in third person and avoid using male and female pronouns. I just don't correct you guys since its amuses me greatly.

    		So I take it there will be a statue of a Void Rebirth either way? Also I suppose I will have to contact Kiyone about this finale. I will not have much time as far as I can see till Friday PST 2-10 PM probably not straight. Again practice with players would be great. Going in raw is never fun but how much can practice help anyways maybe I should just go to nightmare dungeon... Kiyone pick a time. Sorry to keep yall waiting but as many have said we must savor both the victory and the loss of Oversoul. (Do not die)

    		 Correct you will get the statue regardless. What character it is depends on which character(s) you used during the tournament and you want to be associate with. From what I can tell you only used Void Rebirth. So thats the most likely statue character. Archfiend and you will be getting your prizes once we know the result from the boss fight. Where will submit everything to Warlic. Who will give your both the soul gems you won and will make/add the statue in the game. How long that will take I'm nto sure thou.

    For when you want to fight. Anytime after 3pm EST this week is good for me. So if ya want to do this friday we can do that. So just let me know.

    		Ya it would have to be the Void Rebirth. Just making sure though, the name will be Voice of Fate right? and I suppose I will also try to knock out a rev to finish off my portion of the tournament. Two and a half more days... at least of school

    		 Once DarkBlazer49 has the boss fight. I'm willing to fight everyone with the boss character but not before hand. Which the boss fight looks to be this Friday.

    		 Nope ruler was a one time deal thing with the tournament. So fighting level 21 Nulgath will be just for fun.
    So today we should be doing the boss fight and I'll be stream it for you guys.

    		Super long finale - wouldn't expect anything else. What makes it even longer are the crashes - hopefully Kiyone got the games recorded at least. Pretty fun just really late.

    Update: Dragon slain!!! Recorded on good camera
    Nulgath slain round 1!!!! Recorded on bad camera
    Nulgath disconnected round 2 and 3!!!!!! Recorded on garbage camera

    Sorry for let-down of recording. We both had difficulties. I cleared 9 GB out today or so I thought.

    The Epic of Voice of Fate ~ to the music of the Hobbit

    There once was a founder not of the brightest intellect nor quickest wit, but an adolescent duelist of bravery and honor. He had set out from the alpha to prove he could be the greatest in the land of Solace. He began his journey with the armor of a paladin fighting for truth and justice. He met friends along the way - a wolf, father minute, and Rainbowtheus. His paladin through hard work became a Founder Champion. One Christmas, not too long ago, this adolescent received a gift, an X-mas Fiend, not powerful but it was his first minion of Nulgath. Nulgath had watched the founders waiting to recruit one for his power. A couple months later, Nulgath offered Voice the chance to be one of his elites - The Void Rebirth. Among these elites were Void Champions, Void Knights, and Cyber Voids, ruling the land with an iron fist - and a shadowfire. Honored, Voice accepted and was granted far more power than he had ever had. The next year a legendary form had been offered but Voice and several others doubted this shiny armor or worse a new elite - The Hanzo Void, wanting to stick to what they knew best. Among these were Voice, Dylligraphy, and Oversoul. Voice practiced as often as possible to understand this power and harness it. Losing the original tournament and the dual elements tournament, he was enraged and trained harder. Taking on the very persona of the Void Rebirth. He would think of strategies anytime, anywhere. He would not fail again.

    As Solace began to die and many fled to new lands, Voice doubted his skills could be tested again. He needed a challenge. As Nulgath's power waned, many of these elites began battling one another. Voice was interested. He fought them off with ease aiming to take over the land. His training had paid off. Nulgath's Shadow returned to keep order. Nulgath summoned a Black Dragon which Voice finished off with a trick he had learned from his training. Nulgath was now impressed and angered. His anger almost cost him his death but he fled to fight another day. The next day he crushed Voice enslaving him as the Void Dragon Master and a statue to remind all of his failure. Only a second in command hoping to one day rise again, Voice returns to his planning. Nulgath gave him some souls to keep him happy and stronger than the others, but Voice slipped some to the Jop in hopes that he can start a rebellion again.

    As Voice turned to go, Revontheus sneeered doubting Voice's power. "You think you are so tough. I could beat you and I am half your age and stregnth." Voice scoffed "Many have fallen with such confidence." Revontheus caught him off guard with two of the shadowballs that Nulgath taught him to use. Voice was now angry, his eyes lit up, his sword blistering with heat. He destroyed him with flame whirls from all directions and a meteor from the heavens. Voice was content as number two... for now...

    Congratulations, and thank you so much for the soul gems! So you lost to Nulgath's Shadow but beat the dragon? What do you win in that case? The dragon wasn't part of the tournament originally as far as I know. Anyway, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!
