Here is my thinking. Basically if someone has a weapon that deals less than +35, I win. The stat loss will be to great, or more likely so, they aren't very learned in the game, and won't be able to out-strategize me. Since I don't even need to bother with people that have numbers to add other that 35, I can just look at their base damage to see how much they'll do. And it's not like anyone really calculates what the actual damage of his attack will be. Someone with 14-17 + 35 does low damage, and someone with 21-26 + 35 will do alot. I do not see a need for this to be implemented.
